International Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Medic Wears order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work for international customers.

Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you've received a faulty item or we've sent you the wrong product, please contact us at hello@medicwears.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping if required and provide a full refund or replacement once the item is received back at our Australian warehouse.

Change of mind
For change of mind returns, the item will need to be shipped back to our warehouse in Australia at your own cost. Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit to the value of the item(s) returned. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items
Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are not eligible for a refund. Store credit only will be issued for eligible sale item returns.

Exchanges
As all returns are shipped back to our warehouse in Australia, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges for international orders. Instead, a refund or store credit will be issued once your return is received, and you're welcome to place a new order for the size, print, or item you'd prefer.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@medicwears.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the next steps, including the return address.

Please note
Return shipping times to Australia can vary depending on your location and the courier used. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we are unable to issue refunds for parcels that are lost or not received.
