How are duties and taxes handled?
All applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and included at checkout. There are no surprise charges on delivery.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes. All international orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking details via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Can I update my delivery address?
As we aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours, we can't guarantee an address change will be received before dispatch. If you catch us while your order is still processing, contact us straight away at hello@medicwears.com.au and we'll do our best to update it.
What happens if my parcel is returned or undelivered?
We hold no liability for parcels affected by an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect within the courier's designated timeframe, return shipping fees charged by the courier will apply if you'd like the order resent.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first. If it's been more than 21 business days since your shipping confirmation email, contact us at hello@medicwears.com.au with your name and order number and we'll look into it for you.
