We hold no liability if you provide us with an incorrect postal address.
Return to Sender
If your parcel was undelivered due to providing an incorrect address or failure to pick it up from the post office within the designated timeframe, it is not our responsibility. In such cases, a return-to-sender fee of $10, as charged by AusPost, will be applied if you would like us to send your order again. We will then make an additional attempt to resend it at our own expense. However, should you fail to retrieve the parcel again, a refund will be issued, deducting the shipping costs incurred by us.
If your order has been marked as “Delivered” by Australia Post and the correct shipping address was provided at checkout and by us to Australia Post, MedicWears is not responsible for lost or missing parcels.
If you have not received your order despite it being marked as delivered, we recommend:
• Checking with household members, neighbors, or building management in case it was received on your behalf.
• Contacting Australia Post to initiate an investigation.
As we have fulfilled our responsibility in shipping the order to the address provided, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels that have been successfully delivered.

Will my order be tracked?
Yes! Postage within Australia; standard and express shipping services offer tracking and signature on delivery. You will be provided with your tracking details via email, If you do not provide an email, we will not be able to send you a confirmation email and updated tracking status.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please note, our standard and express shipping service does require a signature on delivery.

Can I update my delivery address?
As we try to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours, we cannot guarantee a change in address will be received before dispatch. If you do manage to catch us while we are processing your order, we will be sure to make the change for you. Alternatively, you will need to contact the delivery service in possession of your parcel. You will find their details in your shipping confirmation email.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us to notify you of the dispatch and provide a tracking number for you to check the status of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@medicwears.com.au with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
